Mechanical Restoration

Our mechanical workshop is the beating heart of the service we provide: a place where expertise, technology, and customer care come together to ensure maximum reliability and safety for your vehicle.

We specialize in both routine and major maintenance for vehicles of every make and model, offering fast, precise, and transparent service. From a standard service appointment to more complex repairs involving the engine, brakes, or transmission, our goal is to keep your vehicle in perfect working condition, minimizing downtime and helping prevent future issues.

🔧 Complete Mechanical Services and Advanced Equipment

In our workshop, we use modern equipment and advanced diagnostic tools capable of communicating with the electronic control units of the latest vehicles. We carry out thorough inspections of all mechanical and electronic components, ensuring a complete and accurate service.

Our main services include:

  • scheduled maintenance and routine servicing;
  • brake, shock absorber, belt, and filter replacement;
  • electronic diagnostics and ECU repair;
  • transmission, gearbox, and clutch work;
  • air conditioning inspection and recharge.

All replacement parts are either original or of equivalent quality, carefully selected to ensure reliability and long-lasting performance. Our technicians are qualified and constantly up to date, allowing us to meet the needs of even the most modern hybrid and electric vehicles.

đźš™ Personalized Service and Customer Care

We understand how important it is to rely on a safe, efficient vehicle every day. That is why, in addition to mechanical work, we offer a range of additional services designed to make the entire experience as convenient as possible:

replacement vehicle upon request;
online or phone booking with flexible scheduling;
service reminders for inspections, maintenance, and tire changes;
assistance with insurance procedures and roadside support in the event of a breakdown.

We work with complete transparency, always clearly explaining the work required, the expected costs, and the delivery timeline.

Choosing our mechanical workshop means having a serious, experienced point of reference—one capable of solving every issue professionally, with constant attention to your safety and satisfaction.

⚙️ Engine Test Bench

The engine test bench is one of the most important tools for measuring and evaluating engine performance, whether internal combustion, electric, or hybrid. It works like a controlled laboratory where the engine is tested under variable conditions and precise measurements are taken.

Thanks to this equipment, it is possible to determine power and torque curves, fuel consumption, temperatures, vibrations, and emissions—essential data for research and development, engine mapping, diagnostics, and quality control.

At the heart of the test bench is a dynamometer brake—electromagnetic, hydraulic, or mechanical—connected to the engine shaft being tested. This brake applies adjustable resistance, recreating the real load the engine would experience as if it were connected to wheels or another mechanical system.

During the test, the bench measures torque through load cells or torque sensors and records engine speed. From this data, power is calculated using the formula: Power = Torque Ă— Angular Speed.

This makes it possible to map the engine curve: a reliable graph showing how torque and power vary according to engine RPM.

There are two main testing methods:

  • Inertia testing: the engine accelerates the roller and the system’s inertia is measured. It is quick, but less accurate when measuring torque peaks;
  • Braked dynamometer testing: the brake manually or automatically adjusts the load. This method is more precise and repeatable, making it the preferred choice for manufacturers, tuners, and specialist workshops.
